As the Branch Manager for Total Rental Center, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the branch while overseeing employees, customer service, inventory, safety, and financial performance. You'll work closely with the team to keep operations running efficiently, develop employees, respond to customer needs, and ensure the branch meets its business goals.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how operational decisions affect profitability, customer relationships, and the employee experience.
What You'll DoYou're a practical, hands-on leader who takes ownership of results and follows through on commitments. You're comfortable moving between employee leadership, customer concerns, financial performance, and operational priorities throughout the day.
You use data to make decisions, communicate expectations clearly, and address issues before they grow. You care about developing employees, building strong customer relationships, and creating a branch environment where safety, accountability, and teamwork are part of the daily operation.
Preferred QualificationsSalary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
