We’re looking for a Quality Engineer with a deep knowledge of PPAP, APQP, AIAG, TS16949 root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why). MUST HAVE previous experience with a Japanese Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality efforts for stamped metal & aluminum parts
• Collaborate with customers, engineering, and production teams
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
• Support prototype builds and product launches
• Champion ISO9001/2015/TS16949 systems and continuous improvement
• Manage 4 Directs, 21 Quality Technicians

✅ Requirements:

• Automotive experience Preferred with PPAP, APQP, AIAG, IATF16949, Stamping Die’s, Welding Assembly Process.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years in quality engineering
• Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• MUST HAVE previous experience with a Japanese Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Supplier
