Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment (projectors, cameras, microphones, sound systems)
Support video conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
Maintain digital signage and training room equipment
Provide technical support for PCs, software, and networks
Assist with live events and resolve technical issues (including after-hours if needed)
Monitor equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate repairs
Train users on AV/IT equipment and support workstation issues
Required Skills:
Experience with AV systems, video conferencing, and presentation tools
Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, LAN/WAN environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows systems
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across AV and IT systems
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
Experience in AV/IT support in a professional environment
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong customer service and attention to detail.
