Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment (projectors, cameras, microphones, sound systems)
  • Support video conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
  • Maintain digital signage and training room equipment
  • Provide technical support for PCs, software, and networks
  • Assist with live events and resolve technical issues (including after-hours if needed)
  • Monitor equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate repairs
  • Train users on AV/IT equipment and support workstation issues
  • Required Skills:
  • Experience with AV systems, video conferencing, and presentation tools
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, LAN/WAN environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across AV and IT systems
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience in AV/IT support in a professional environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong customer service and attention to detail.
