Pay Rate
$16.00 per hour

Rotating day and night shifts
12-hour shifts, up to 80 hours per week

Production Helper Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with general production tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Operate basic machinery and follow safety protocols
- Load and unload materials
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads
- Perform quality checks on products
Production Helper Qualifications and Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
- Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and move for extended periods
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
