We're looking for a customer-focused rooms division manager to oversee the hotel's daily operations for the front office and housekeeping divisions. You must be an exceptional leader and have experience managing staff, solving problems for clients, and making sure that our customers have a 5-star experience.

We need a supervisor with at least three years of experience, preferably in the front desk or housekeeping department of a hotel. • Measure employee success with regards to performance in productivity, customer satisfaction, and absences
• Direct and manage the day-to-day activities and personnel of the departments of housekeeping and front office
• Maintain an exceptional level of customer service throughout the entirety of the customer experience and motivate other members of the staff to do the same
• Create comprehensive long-term strategies for the division to meet the company's objectives and keep the hotel profitable
• Supervise guest services staff in order to ensure that all clients receive prompt attention to their needs

• 3 or more years of experience as a housekeeping manager, front desk supervisor or similar role
• Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
• Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality
• Must have experience in guest services or hospitality industry
• This position requires a high school diploma or GED
