A high-volume fast-casual restaurant in Yonkers is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead team performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This role is responsible for managing both front-of-house operations and supporting back-of-house coordination to ensure smooth service, operational efficiency, and consistent quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong people management skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive results in a high-volume setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service across all shifts
Lead, coach, and develop FOH and support staff to maintain strong performance standards
Manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency to meet business targets
Ensure excellent guest experience through service recovery and proactive engagement
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls in coordination with kitchen leadership
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Drive sales performance through service execution, speed, and guest satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues during assigned shifts
Qualifications:
2–5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Solid understanding of labor control, service standards, and restaurant operations
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
