A high-volume fast-casual restaurant in Yonkers is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead team performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This role is responsible for managing both front-of-house operations and supporting back-of-house coordination to ensure smooth service, operational efficiency, and consistent quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong people management skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to drive results in a high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service across all shifts
  • Lead, coach, and develop FOH and support staff to maintain strong performance standards
  • Manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency to meet business targets
  • Ensure excellent guest experience through service recovery and proactive engagement
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls in coordination with kitchen leadership
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Drive sales performance through service execution, speed, and guest satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues during assigned shifts
Qualifications:
  • 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Solid understanding of labor control, service standards, and restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-first environment
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
