We are seeking a Life Insurance Sales Rep to join our established agency. This role focuses on helping clients protect their families through tailored life insurance solutions while building strong, trust-based relationships. You will work within a large existing book of business while also developing new opportunities. The environment is flexible, supportive, and growth-oriented, making this an excellent entry point into a long-term career in financial services.

  • First-year earnings average $50,000 to $70,000

Responsibilities
  • Cross-sell life insurance within an existing book of business
  • Identify individuals experiencing life events and offer appropriate coverage
  • Conduct personal needs assessments to design customized life insurance plans
  • Build long-term relationships focused on trust, service, and client advocacy
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development activities
