We are looking for an experienced Escrow Officer to manage the closing process from start to finish. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and accurate transactions while delivering a high level of customer service.

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly

• Open, manage, and close escrow files in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Review purchase contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions.
• Prepare settlement statements and oversee the disbursement of funds.
• Communicate proactively with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.
• Resolve title issues and coordinate with all parties to achieve timely closings.

• 2+ years of escrow/closing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate contracts, title commitments, and escrow procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
