What Youll Do
Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong floor presence
Set the tone for outstanding guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork
Hire, train, coach, and develop team members into high performers
Drive sales through execution, local marketing, and community engagement
Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and cash controls
Review weekly sales, labor, and food cost reports and take corrective action
Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and brand standards
Create accountability while keeping morale high
What Were Looking For
2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or casual dining preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills you lead from the front
Proven ability to manage labor, food costs, and operational standards
Comfortable using POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic reporting
Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
