About the Job
We are partnered with a confidential neurology practice in the Greater Los Angeles area on the search for a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant. Led by one of LA's most respected neurologists, this practice is known for delivering compassionate, patient-centered neurologic care to a diverse patient population.
The practice is growing - and this is an opportunity to join at a pivotal moment. The founding physician is looking for a PA who will become a trusted clinical partner, contribute meaningfully to patient care, and grow alongside the practice as it expands to additional locations over time.
This is a role for a clinician who brings strong neurological expertise, a genuine passion for patient outcomes, and the drive to be part of something bigger than a single practice.
The Mandate
The physician is looking for a Physician Assistant who is clinically sharp, deeply committed to patient care, and ready to hit the ground running in a neurology-focused environment.
He is not looking for a generalist who will need significant ramp time on neurological conditions. He is not looking for someone content to stay in a lane indefinitely.
He is seeking a neurology-fluent clinician who can work autonomously, communicate with clarity and empathy, and grow into an increasingly influential clinical role as the practice scales. Long-term, this PA will have the opportunity to be part of the physician's vision to open additional practice locations across the region.
