What Youll Do:
- Cover caregiver call-outs and open shifts
- Take the first shift when new client cases begin
- Work days, evenings, weekends, or overnights when needed
- Travel within the Milford-Framingham service area
- Provide light office support when field coverage is low
- Coordinate with the Customer Care Manager and Field Support Specialist
- Guaranteed full-time pay: ($800/week for 40 hours), with any extra hours paid at $20/hour.

- Strong HHA experience with hands-on personal care (transfers, bathing, mobility assistance) required CNA preferred
- Valid drivers license & insured car (insurance can be under another name)
- CPR/BLS Certified (American Heart Association or Red Cross only)
- TB Test & Physical (within 1 year) can be completed during onboarding
- Strong reliability, flexibility, and willingness to travel between cases
