Responsibilities

SiteOne has seen tremendous growth over the last few years, and we are expanding our distribution center network to ensure best in class service levels to our branch locations. We are looking to hire an onsite WMS Supervisor to support our new DC located in Carlisle, PA.

This position will work with cross functional teams to implement an industry leading cloud-based Warehouse Management System. The ideal candidate will have previous WMS implementation experience, will enjoy empowering others through training and support, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service for a wholesale or retail organization while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

What you'll do:

• Be the on-site subject matter expert for WMS and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to warehouse staff
• Train end-users on WMS functionalities and best practices, often translating technical information into user-friendly language
• Interpret WMS data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
• Utilize WMS to effectively support the Distribution Operation through system implementation, system maintenance, system optimization, future system development, data analysis and reporting
• Translate business objectives into tactical systems requirements and vice versa, effectively tailoring communication based on audience
• Partner with Logistics Systems Manager and Training & Development teams to create and maintain training material and train key WMS users to effectively utilize the system and enhance performance
• Collaborate with Operations leadership, Inventory Control, WMS application support team, and internal IT resources to resolve system related issues
• Test WMS functionality related to process changes and system upgrades
• Make recommendations for the enhancement of the WMS to maintain the integrity of business expectations and performance standards
• Support external system integration with WMS
• Support other internal and external business units as required for WMS-related activity
• Manage logistics projects as required internally with the Supply Chain leadership team

Travel:

• Up to 75% out-of-state travel during the first 120 days for onboarding; up to 10% travel thereafter

Estimated starting pay:

• $75,000-$80,000 annual

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience using WMS systems in distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments
• 2+ years of experience training other WMS users
• Strong ability to influence through polished written and verbal communication
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and communicate timing and challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, required
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
