Senior Audit Associate

We're looking for a skilled professional with 2+ years of experience supporting assurance projects, who's ready to take on a supervisory role. In this position, you'll work closely with both clients and internal teams, guiding key phases of engagements and mentoring up-and-coming team members.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee fieldwork and documentation for various client assignments

• Take part in internal reviews, draft deliverables, and attend client discussions

• Assist in training team members and fostering their development

• Deepen your understanding of technical frameworks and firm practices

• Begin developing trusted relationships with key accounts

What we're looking for:

• Background in accounting or a related field

• Licensed CPA or eligible to sit for CPA exams

• Prior hands-on experience in a professional services environment
• Familiarity with working on engagements for Not-For-Profit organizations and affordable housing is a plus

• Strong technical foundation and software skills

• Excellent communicator and collaborative team player

• Able to manage priorities under shifting deadlines

• U.S. work authorization required
