Highside Brewing is looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and has at least 2 years or more of bartending experience. 

Responsibilities

• Outstanding customer engagement. Ability to assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations 
• Operate POS System - Take food & beverage orders, manage open bar tabs, and closing out tabs
• Basic cocktail knowledge & skills needed to create beverages
• Possess knowledge on all varieties of beer made by Highside Brewing
• Restock and replenish bar ingredients/supplies, maintaining bar area including cleanliness and side-work during shift 
• Positive attitude & welcoming demeanor towards all guests visiting Highside Brewing & CO BBQ
• Up-sell togo beer, merchandise, etc. to all guests 
• Familiar with ID verification process, confirm guest is of the legal age of 21 years old
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations & practices

Qualifications

• Employment experience as a bartender, basic cocktail knowledge REQUIRED (2+ years of previous experience required)
• Available to work 3 or more days per week 
• Must possess basic cocktail recipe knowledge 
• Ability to listen, communicate effectively, & work with a team
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate(s)
