ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

• Provide room orientation and assist owners and guests with luggage upon arrival, departure, or request.
• Deliver requested amenities promptly and courteously.
• Assist with arranging transportation to resort locations or nearby areas.
• Provide accurate directions and information about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and welcoming appearance of the lobby area.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Hospitality experience or Customer Service preferably within a Guest Services / Bellman environment.
• Experience working in a Resort Front Office environment including previous work in customer service capacity is desired but not required.
• Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and area activities.
• Familiarity with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Ability to speak and understand fluent English; multilingual abilities are preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to promote a positive, friendly, and “at your service” environment.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. regularly.
• May operate hand tools or light machinery as part of job duties.

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS

• Schedule will vary based on business needs and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be flexible to work outside normal operating hours as required.
