Five years ago, we were a brand-new gym with four teams, a couple of tumbling classes and big dreams!

In that time, we have grown to 18 teams, over 60 classes, and the most amazing coaches and athletes. Season 5 will end in May, but Season 6 starts immediately after! We are looking for motivated cheer coaches to add to our already amazing staff. We are looking for all levels of Cheer Coaches experience (Rec, Prep, Novice, All-Star Levels 1-7).

Our Cheer Coaches:

• Co-Coach one or more teams, depending on availability
• Play a vital role in teaching cheer fundamentals
• Coordinate all aspects of the routines from choreography to music
• Lead productive practices and maintain a safe and positive environment
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to athletes
• Communicate (A LOT) with athletes, parents and other coaches
• Care a LOT about the athletes in the gym
• Are fun, caring and supportive
• Works late afternoons, nights and weekends, depending on team schedules
• Keep kids safe, thanks to ongoing training and CPR certifications
• Attend competitions, team events
• Spend time with their co-coaches to establish monthly and weekly goals for the team. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic and reliable. They should have prior experience coaching a cheer team. They should have the ability to teach stunting, tumbling and choreography, understand scoring rubrics (or be willing to learn them.)

We are also looking for Tumbling Coaches!

Successful candidates will be enthusiastic and reliable. We would love candidates to have prior experience coaching a cheer team, or have experience as an athlete on an All Star team. They should have the ability to teach stunting, tumbling and choreography, understand scoring rubrics (or be willing to learn them.) Gymnastics coaches are welcome to apply as well!
