As a Sales Manager at Graff Auto Campus, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
