Position Summary
To ensure efficient and professional implementation of office operations at Gateway-Longview’s corporate headquarters with main support being provided to the behavioral health clinic and additional support provided to various other program areas within the building

Compensation
$16.50 - $18.00 (hourly)

Monday-Friday, 2 evenings required

Position Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Must have excellent communication skills and customer service and sensitivity to the needs of persons with disabilities
• Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented, ability to work independently and be an enthusiastic team player. Must have a high degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
• Familiarity with an Electronic Health /Medical Record, and experience with navigating HealtheLink, and HIPAA regulations
• Must have computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, staff, families, and community contacts
• Ability to work two evening shifts per week, as assigned, to ensure clinic coverage
Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 1 years reception experience in a medical or clinic setting
