Root Hair Institute is a rapidly growing, patient-focused hair restoration and aesthetic practice dedicated to delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and an elevated patient experience. The practice specializes in advanced hair restoration procedures and aesthetic treatments, combining cutting-edge techniques with a highly personalized approach to care.

As an Experienced Medical Assistant, you will play a critical, hands-on role in supporting advanced clinical and surgical procedures while contributing to the overall efficiency and flow of the clinic. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is eager to grow into a leadership role while remaining actively involved in patient care.

• Assist in hair restoration and aesthetic procedures, including graft handling, placement, and patient preparation

• Support providers during surgical and non-surgical treatments

• Ensure efficient room setup, turnover, and sterilization protocols

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records

• Help manage clinic flow and resolve real-time operational challenges

• Support scheduling efficiency and optimize patient throughput

• Act as a resource for peers and assist with onboarding and training of new team members

• Participate in team huddles and contribute ideas to improve workflows and patient experience

• Mentor new hires and help influence clinic operations and team performance

• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant (licensed, if applicable)

• Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Hair restoration (preferred)

  • Dermatology

  • Aesthetic clinical environments

• Experience supporting surgical or procedural roles (including surgical technician responsibilities)

• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

• Competitive pay up to $30/hour or more, based on experience

• Clear growth path toward Lead Medical Assistant or Supervisor roles

• Full-time mid-day schedule (10:00 am – 6:00/7:00 pm)

• No weekends
