You notice details. If you see something that needs attention on a property, you mention it respectfully and professionally.
You build trust first. Once a customer knows youre competent, it becomes natural to discuss other repairs or improvements that would benefit them.
Sometimes you fix a small issue while youre there and point it out afterwardnot as a sales pitch, but as proof of craftsmanship and care.
