We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Activity Security Representative II to join our team.Â
Position Description:
The Activity Security Representative's primary function is to provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. The position will provide "day-to-day" support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
In this role you willâŚ.
- Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence
- Processing inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
- Perform destruction of classified materialsÂ
- Process magnetic media for accountabilityÂ
- Reproduction support for classified materialsÂ
- Maintain various daily logs for a variety of administrative functions associated with document controlÂ
- Assist in the processing of inbound data and outbound data transfer filesÂ
- Transfer electronic data files to internal customersÂ
- Maintain an extensive customer database point of contact listingÂ
- Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit noticesÂ
- Escort facility visitors and maintains associated logs
- Assist in the preparation of facility access control badgesÂ
- Conduct entry and exit inspectionsÂ
- Assist in the maintenance of facility access control entry systems, to include visitor controlÂ
- Perform data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database and maintain all customer sponsored billets and quota informationÂ
- Assist in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported elementÂ
- Follow and enforce the customer's Standard Operating ProceduresÂ
- Provide support for the security awareness and education programsÂ
- miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Government Security RepresentativeÂ
- Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with appropriate government personnel to achieve appropriate clearance actionsÂ
- Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections of government organizations and industryÂ
- Implement Top Secret Control for accountable material and associated correspondenceÂ
Prepare and/or process inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages and receipts - Prepare, process, and/or review Program Access Request (PARs) for accuracy and access eligibilityÂ
- Execute Special Access Program Nomination Process QuestionnairesÂ
- Conduct Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII), Joint Personnel Access System (JPAS), and SAPNP reviews of candidates being submitted for SAP accessÂ
- Perform data entry and record checks in the Joint Access Database (JADE) and maintains all customer sponsored personnel access information current
- Perform indoctrinationsÂ
- Show documented, proven experience supporting senior level military officers, government civilians, senior defense industry representatives and interacting with command-level staff
- Show documented, proven experience working in a highly demanding, multi-tasking environment
- Other duties as assigned
Experience Requirements:
- 6-8 years total experience, including minimum 3-5 years' experience with SCI or SAR programs. Minimum of 1-year relevant experience with SAR programs desired.
Education Requirements:â˘
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience (4 years)
Certification Requirements:
- Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training within six months of starting on contract (if performing SAP personnel security functions)
- SIMS database familiarity or complete training within six months of starting on contract (if performing document control functions)
- Must complete JPAS training within six months of starting on contract (if performing SCI personnel security functions)
- Must complete Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) training within six months of starting on contract (if performing SAP personnel security functions)
Security Clearance Requirements:
⢠Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
⢠Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
⢠Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $100,000-$125,850. Multiple considerations are taken into account when determining the final salary/hour rate, including but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, education and certifications, relevant work experience, related skills and competencies, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. Central to Watermarkâs employment philosophy is the wellbeing of our employees which is why we offer a robust benefits package and wellness program alongside of annual base compensation.
