Full Time | 7a-3p | $16.50-$17.75/hour

Job Summary:
At Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to our residents in a comfortable and supportive environment. As a Laundry Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities by assisting in the laundry department. Laundry Aide is a key team member in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the laundry team in sorting, washing, drying, and folding laundry items, including patient clothing and linens
• Operate laundry equipment, such as washing machines and dryers, and ensure proper maintenance and safety protocols
• Identify and remove stains, wrinkles, and other defects from laundry items
• Fold, iron, and package laundry items for distribution to patients and staff
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to infection control standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of clean laundry
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply)
