• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information via phone, email, and chat
• Provide personalized support and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction and success
• Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and solutions to their gardening needs
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up communications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
• Passion for gardening and horticulture is a plus
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
