Position: Patient Service Representative

Shift Schedule: 8am - 4.30pm , Mon thru Friday

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90048

Job Type: Contract

Start date: Asap.

Pay: $25-$30 per hour

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of Administrative assistant with experience to answer calls and make appointments
• Experience answering high-volume calls, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR/EHR systems preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
• Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, referrals, and authorizations preferred
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills required.
