• As a Parts Prep, you will be responsible for preparing parts for machining processes and assembly
• You will inspect, grind, sand and prep parts prior to machining and assembly to ensure optimal production outcomes.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential qualities for success in this role.
• Parts Prep will collaborate with other team members to streamline workflow and meet production deadlines.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand tools are important for Parts Prep role.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success in this position.
• Parts Prep must be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals.
