Inside Sales / Product Manager:

We have a special need which can be quite lucrative. Our client is looking for a product manager to provide sales support and sourcing. The position is at their HQ in Nassau County, NY near Westbury, but the position can be hybrid. This is a distributor of nutrition ingredients to the nutraceutical market. The company is a distributor of ingredients from Asian countries but needs to expand its sources from Asia, US and South America. As such knowledge of brain health, gut health and sweeteners is necessary; a chemistry or biology degree is important. A deep understanding of the vitamin and ingredient market, including sourcing and managing suppliers. Experience with contract manufacturers and branded product developers.

Several years of experience in sourcing is necessary. The position will require close coordination with the sales team and assist the team to develop and expand the sales effort. A total of five plus years of industry experience is preferred. A HUNTER MENTALITY is needed grow the business from its current "infancy stage." And the ability to build and scale the product line with energy and commitment.
This is an onsite or a hybrid one. There will be a low six figure salary, commissions and benefits.

The preference is for candidates to live on Long Island, NY. They must have authorization to work in the US
