The Regional Phlebotomy Manager (RPM) under the general supervision of the Director of Operations works to ensure efficient and accurate workflow of the Area Phlebotomy Supervisors and Phlebotomy staff. They are responsible for monitoring the phlebotomy areas to ensure that all applicable policies and procedures are followed
This position requires at minimum, High School Diploma, GED, and minimum 5 years clinical laboratory experience. Must have current CPT I or CPT II. The position does require some travel.

The standard medical laboratory environment is one in which potential health hazards do exist. Laboratory staff can be expected to work in areas where hazards associated with, but not limited to blood-borne pathogens. Biological materials, hazardous substances and radioactive material exist and are handled. Appropriate training is provided regarding these hazards and staff is expected to adhere to all health and safety policies, at all times, whether they are in writing or verbalized by either management or the Health and Safety Officer.
