The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Operations & Maintenance Specialist / Senior with an active Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect building systems
- Develop preventive maintenance plans
- Identify deficiencies and code issues
- Recommend repairs and modernization
- Support GSA to DHS transition
Experience:
- 7+ years (10+ for Senior)
Education:
- Bachelor’s required
- FMP/CFM preferred (required for Senior)
