Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) is seeking a multi‑skilled Maintenance Technician to support both facility maintenance and equipment repair at our Union Grove campus.

**Job Summary

**

Responsible for providing timely and efficient maintenance in an industrial environment. Maintains and repairs production equipment and building systems across a multi-building facility, including HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and general facility upkeep.

**Duties and Responsibilities:

**

  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow PPE and safety procedures.

  • Perform general facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, remodeling, and HVAC.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production equipment.

  • Perform preventive and emergency maintenance; document all work performed.

  • Maintain lighting systems, electrical fixtures, panels, outlets, and related components.

  • Complete plumbing repairs including fixtures, drains, supply lines, and piping (cast iron and copper).

  • Maintain air compressors, dryers, and airline systems.

  • Perform exterior maintenance including fencing, gutters, siding, landscaping, snow removal, and lighting.

  • Support housekeeping tasks and maintain shop tools and equipment.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies.

  • Ensure compliance with SDS guidelines, EPA standards, and all federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Communicate major repair needs to management and support all departments as needed.

  • Move equipment and materials as required.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

**Experience:

**

  • Must have a minimum of two years demonstrated skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical and carpentry.

  • Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance, utilizing trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC.
