Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute conventions, conferences, and large meetings seamlessly.
- Oversee event logistics from setup to breakdown, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.
- Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring financial goals are met without compromising quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards during events, prioritizing guest well-being and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related experience.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in hotel operations, event management, or conference services.
- Skills: Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with software like Delphi or other event management systems.
