Vice President of Finance

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Finance to lead our finance department and drive the company’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This leadership role requires a strong financial acumen and the ability to collaborate with executive management to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment activities
- Lead financial risk management and compliance efforts
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis
- Supervise and mentor finance team members to enhance performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Proven ability to develop financial strategies and manage budgets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
