Based in Minneapolis, MN 55414, you’ll be the dependable backbone of our accounting operations. Your morning might start by matching payments to invoices, generating customer statements, and digging into any customer debit memos. Midday could find you partnering with Quality and Sales to issue accurate RMA credit memos and fielding vendor and client questions about billing. Later, you’ll pivot to payroll—prepping weekly/bi-weekly runs in UKG, validating time, and safeguarding sensitive data—then post monthly G/L payroll entries and keep our records spotless.

• Prepare and process customer invoices; apply and reconcile payments.
• Create and send monthly statements to customers.
• Research and resolve customer debit memos.
• Partner with Quality and Sales to produce RMA-related credits.
• Respond to vendor and client inquiries on billing and payment status.
• Run AR aging reports frequently and drive timely collection calls.
• Support customer onboarding by collecting ST-3s, W-9s, and credit applications.
• Process payroll on a weekly/bi-weekly cadence; maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
• Post monthly general ledger payroll entries.
• Collaborate across teams to streamline accounting processes.
• Assist Accounting and HR with ad-hoc and special projects.

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of accounting support experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Solid grasp of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and overall Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with UKG payroll software.
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational habits.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working both independently and within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
