Department Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the geotechnical department, monitor productivity, ensure high-quality deliverables, and foster a positive, collaborative work culture.
Project Oversight: Coordinate with architects, civil and structural engineers, and other technical staff to ensure successful project execution. Oversee project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop long-term goals, business plans, and departmental budgets aligned with company objectives. Participate in strategic initiatives for business growth.
Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team to generate proposals, drive new client opportunities, and enhance the company's reputation.
Policy & Compliance: Implement departmental policies and procedures, ensuring QA/QC standards and regulatory compliance.
