What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive Financial Success: Ensure all budget and financial projections are met, guiding each location to achieve and exceed targets.
• Lead & Inspire: Recruit and retain high-quality management talent, ensuring that each team member delivers exceptional results.
• Champion Business Excellence: Implement and monitor business controls, customer service strategies, and company policies at all levels.
• Field Leadership: Conduct regular visits to store locations, ensuring that Wingstop standards and policies are followed to the letter.
• Ongoing Development: Lead training programs to improve staff performance, enhance customer service, and build a winning culture.
• Marketing & Strategy: Collaborate on district-level marketing strategies and ensure promotions and initiatives are effectively executed.
• Staffing & Retention: Develop strategies to achieve optimal staffing levels and retain top talent in every location.
• Maintain Food Safety & Compliance: Ensure all food safety standards, health regulations, and sanitation protocols are rigorously followed.
• Audit & Compliance: Oversee audits and ensure compliance with labor, safety, and operational regulations, as well as control of cash, products, and equipment.
• Administrative Excellence: Complete all required reports and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
