• Complete a 4-week paid training program, including certification
• Visit homeowners to evaluate properties and develop tailored repair plans
• Conduct professional consultations based on pre-scheduled appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service and close sales with confidence

• Experienced Sales Professionals. Residential sales a plus.
• Ability to close deals and follow up efficiently.
• Outstanding verbal and customer service abilities and communication skills
• Passion for helping people and achieving results
• Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Favorable driving record and background check
