We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has experience working in upscale restaurants and possesses strong knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute high-quality dishes consistently during busy service periods.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Execute dishes with precision and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with prep work and inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff.

• 2+ years of fine dining culinary experience preferred.
• Strong knife skills and food preparation techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Culinary school training is a plus.
