We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and service-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our housekeeping team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently meet our high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. Your leadership will help create an exceptional guest experience while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

$25 Hourly

• Team Leadership: Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and arrange coverage for employee absences.
• Quality Inspections: Conduct walk-throughs of guest rooms and common areas to ensure brand cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Training & Coaching: Onboard new hires, teach proper chemical usage, and provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and room amenities, placing orders as needed.
• Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints promptly and coordinate with the maintenance team to report and repair room defects.
• Administrative Duties: Update room statuses in the management system, log lost and found items, and generate shift reports.

• Experience: Typically 2+ years of prior cleaning or supervisory experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Leadership: Strong team management, delegation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Compliance: Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, infection control, and commercial cleaning techniques.
