• Operate CNC mills and lathes
• Load/unload components, monitor cycle performance
• Complete basic inspections and quality checks
• Tap into routine overtime

1st & 2nd Shift | $28.00–$40.00/hr

• Set up complex lathe jobs, adjust tooling and offsets
• Read blueprints; verify with precision gauges
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize cycle times

1st Shift | $35.00–$50.00/hr

• Create and optimize CNC programs
• Improve machining processes and efficiencies
• Support operators and CI initiatives on the floor
• Must have strong CNC programming experience

1st Shift | $35.00–$45.00/hr

• Lead CNC operations and coordinate production
• Resolve machining issues; keep schedules on track
• Mill/turn background preferred
• Mentor and develop team members

1st & 2nd Shift | $20.00–$25.00+/hr

• Inspect precision aerospace components
• Deburr and finish to exacting standards
• Use precision measuring tools; CMM experience highly preferred
