Full-time agents and their eligible dependents receive immediate access full benefit including to medical, dental, vision.

Compensation:

$118,500+ annually at plan commission


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored insurance and investment solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and the community, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to identify opportunities for clients to achieve financial security.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices for client engagement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date advice.
  • Manage your schedule effectively to balance in-office collaboration and client meetings, ensuring optimal productivity.
  • Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse communities, enhancing client understanding and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: Spanish, Korean, Hindi, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or other languages
