The YES Group is looking for a mechanically inclined problem-solver to support customers and equipment across several leading foodservice brands in an operations based role.
This role is ideal for someone with an appliance repair, HVAC, mechanical, or service background who enjoys troubleshooting, figuring things out, and helping customers get back up and running. You’ll serve as a key resource for customers, providing guidance over the phone and email, while also supporting light service work and equipment prep as part of our day-to-day operations.
While this role includes some warehouse and fulfillment responsibilities, the primary focus is equipment troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer assistance.
Requirements
Strong mechanical aptitude (appliance repair, HVAC, refrigeration, automotive, or similar background preferred)
Natural problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet
Comfortable helping customers troubleshoot issues over phone and email
Hands-on mindset with willingness to learn new equipment and systems
Organized and able to balance technical support with operational tasks
Strong communication skills—clear, calm, and solutions-oriented
Basic computer skills
