Purpose of the Role

The Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate supports Lifetime's business objectives by maintaining a clean, organized, and customer‑focused retail environment. This role assists customers with product selection, ensures accurate point‑of‑sale transactions, and supports daily store operations in alignment with company policies, procedures, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional customer service in a retail environment
• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchasing decisions
• Maintain sales floor organization, cleanliness, and product availability
• Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems
• Follow established cash handling and loss prevention procedures
• Support merchandising standards and daily operational tasks
• Work collaboratively with store leadership and team members
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and scheduling requirements

• Ability to follow procedures and work independently or as part of a team
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
• Availability to work during store hours (Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–7:00 PM)
• We offer early closing at 7 pm and Sundays off, giving you plenty of time to enjoy life outside of work.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
