Our client is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support its Head of Investments. This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to the Head of Investments, managing complex calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities.
• Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
• Serve as a gatekeeper and strategic partner, anticipating needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and expense reports.
• Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior executives across the organization.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within investment management, private equity, hedge funds, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total compensation: $150,000 – $170,000, depending on experience.
