Steady Day Shift
Choose a reliable Monday-Friday schedule with one of the following start times:

• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

On-the-Job Training

We'll train you to use a variety of tools and machines, and teach you how to work with wood veneer. No prior experience required - just a willingness to learn.

As a Production Associate, you will:

• Operate a hot iron to apply wood veneer (for 7am start time only)

• Perform detailed hand work with care and accuracy

• Follow step-by-step instructions

• Learn multiple machines and processes

• (Most positions) Requires Hand-Eye Coordination and Fine Motor skills

This is a hands-on job that requires focus, precision, and a positive attitude.

• Entry-level or experienced - we'll train you

• Good hand-eye coordination

• Comfortable using your hands for small, careful work (for 7am shift only)

• Shows up on time and ready to work every day

• Willing to learn and grow within the company
