Now, we’re looking for an experienced General Manager to join our team and help us continue to deliver excellence.

As the General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the daily operations of Scooter's Fish House. Your leadership will ensure that both our team and our guests have an exceptional experience. Here’s what your role will involve:

• Team Development: Inspire, train, and lead a high-performing team that shares our commitment to quality and hospitality.
• Guest Relations: Create a welcoming environment for every guest, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining our strong guest ratings.
• Cost Control: Oversee budgets, manage expenses, and ensure financial efficiency without compromising quality.
• Building Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment that reflects our high standards.
• Energy and Leadership: Bring enthusiasm and a hands-on approach to every aspect of the restaurant’s operations.

We’re searching for a candidate who is ready to bring their expertise and passion for hospitality to our team. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least 3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Qualities: A proactive, energetic, and guest-focused mindset.
• Accountability: A proven track record of managing costs, maintaining cleanliness, and driving positive guest experiences.
