Responsibilities

Located at Clovis Community Medical Center, our Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine team offers a unique opportunity to lead in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This team delivers specialized care for a wide range of complex wounds, supported by a collaborative group of 15 team members and an on-site clinic within the hospital campus. With access to hospital resources and a multidisciplinary team of physicians — including plastic surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, vascular surgery, OB/GYN and more — we’re able to provide an exceptional level of care across the full continuum of healing.

  • Apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support a high-performing team delivering wound care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Coordinate patient care, foster staff development, drive performance improvements and ensure operational efficiency for both scheduled appointments and emergent needs.
  • Foster a positive working environment in your unit as part of an inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued, and you actively help team members navigate their career growth and development.

As a member of the unit leadership team, the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt level role scheduled 8-hour shifts.
