CNC Edgebander

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for precision and a passion for manufacturing? We're looking for a dedicated CNC/Edgebander Operator to our client in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

In this role, you will be responsible for applying specific edging materials to CNC-cut parts using a straight-line or contour banding machine. You'll ensure every piece meets our high standards for accuracy and quality, playing a key role in our production process.

Position – CNC Edge Bander

Job Location – Fond du lac, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay –$18 to $21/hr

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Balance workload to meet product schedules efficiently
• Operate straight-line banding machines per required specifications
• Adjust machine settings for varying work piece specifications
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and edge quality
• Maintain machinery to ensure ongoing precision and quality
• Label and palletize parts as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred
• Machine banding experience preferred, but not required

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strict adherence to safety practices and procedures
• Measure materials using tape measures and micrometers
• Operate and troubleshoot straight-line banding machines
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Effective job close-out and material usage tracking
• Strong initiative and task completion skills within assigned timeframes
