As a Counter Attendant/Cashier, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently at the counter.
• Handling cash, card, and other payment transactions with attention to detail.
• Assisting with food preparation and ensuring displays are stocked with fresh, delicious items.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the counter and dining areas.
• Answering customer questions about menu items and making recommendations when needed.

We’re seeking someone who shares our passion for great service and good food. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as cashiering or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
• A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
