Alphanumeric is hiring a FINANCE MANAGER - Level 2 to work in Marietta, PA with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.
Pay Range: $48 - $55.
Reporting to the Site Finance Head, the Finance Manager – Level 2 plays a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, compliance, and control activities for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site. This position acts as the primary finance business partner to the Engineering, Planning, and Logistics functions, providing financial insights to support operational decision-making, forecasting, cost management, and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in manufacturing finance, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Skills/Education/Experience:
Support site-level financial processes, reporting activities, and internal controls, while serving as backup to the Site Finance Head when required.
Partner with Engineering, Planning, and Logistics teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost center management.
Contribute to the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including operating expenses (OPEX), cost recoveries, and standard product costing.
Review and oversee month-end SAP toll processing activities managed by the SMAS Hub to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Develop and maintain product costing and cost estimates for new products using standard toll manufacturing methodologies.
Manage the fixed asset ledger, including tracking and closing assets under construction.
Provide financial guidance and support for site projects and capital investment initiatives.
Collaborate with local, regional, and global finance teams to support reporting, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
Prepare and review intercompany transactions to ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment with company policies.
Perform detailed reviews of financial data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to corporate and site requirements.
Support financial compliance initiatives, internal control processes, and accurate recording of financial transactions.
Deliver financial analysis and operational reporting to support manufacturing performance and efficiency improvements.
