We are looking for a team member who can perform the following tasks:

Can confidently present treatment plans and help patients move forward with care.

Is comfortable discussing finances and helping patients arrange payment — not afraid of numbers or money.

Handles phone calls and patient interactions with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

Is comfortable posting on social media (Facebook & Instagram) to engage patients and promote our practice.

Can handle insurance verification, filing, and patient-related documentation accurately and efficiently.

Is reliable, proactive, and enjoys being part of a small team that makes a big difference in patients’ lives.
