You arrive on shift, review overnight logs, and dive into a line stoppage. A quick scan of the schematic points you to a suspect sensor. You isolate the issue, swap the component, verify the signal path, then bring the system back online. Before break, you perform preventive maintenance on a motor assembly—inspect bearings, confirm alignment, and document the work in our maintenance system. Later, a pneumatic actuator underperforms; you trace air lines, check regulators, and restore proper pressure. Throughout the day, you collaborate with teammates to boost uptime and share insights that make the equipment run better tomorrow than it did today.

• Rotating Day/Night Shift: Week 1: Mon/Tues (6 AM–6 PM), Fri/Sat/Sun (6 PM–6 AM); Week 2: Wed/Thurs (6 AM–6 PM)
• Straight Night Shift: 6 PM–6 AM on a 2-2-3 rotation

Shift differential: Receive a 15% premium on your regular hourly rate for hours worked between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults across production equipment.
• Interpret and follow electrical schematics to pinpoint issues quickly.
• Service motors: inspect, repair, and replace components as needed.
• Apply knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems to sustain optimal performance.
• Partner with peers to enhance reliability, throughput, and efficiency.
• Record maintenance activities and repairs with clear, accurate documentation.
• Keep stakeholders informed with timely, clear communication on equipment status.
• Use basic computer tools for reporting, PM tracking, and work orders.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
• Solid grasp of electrical/electronic systems and reading schematics.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong motor maintenance skills.
• Background with pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Clear, effective communicator and collaborative teammate.
• Competent with shop math.
• Comfortable with basic computer use for documentation.
